illyanarasputin and I are going to see Unexpected Shaxpere (the improv show) tomorrow at the 2:00pm matinee. If you're interested and available, feel free to join.
In other news, I am exercising obsessively in an attempt to lose "just one more pound" before my high school reunion in two weeks. Also, things are about to ramp up in a pretty major way with the TBP convention. I know only about two people who read this journal are members, and even they probably don't care, but if you know anyone who is a member (student or alum) in the area and has the slightest interest in helping out, *especially* if they've been to a convention before, please do not hesitate to have them contact me. My last name at gmail dot com is working best right now. As for everyone else not involved in that particular madness, I am likely to drop off the face of the earth for the next couple months. While I'm still interested in hanging out with people and doing stuff, I want you to know that if I say no more often than usual, this is probably why.
And on a completely unrelated note, can anyone give me some advice on what to look for when buying an iron? Are they all the same, or is there a reason to go for a more expensive one? This question is mostly addressed tolilacwire and kathleenroberts, but anyone is free to chime in.
