I Suppose It Was Only a Matter of Time

I've been renting DVDs from Netflix for just over two years now, and had very few problems. True, I'd been getting more scratched discs lately, but that could just as easily be from the growing popularity of Neflix and how long these discs have been floating around. I've also been nervous about my mail carrier(s) and his/her (they change every few weeks) habit of shoving DVDs into a mailbox that's barely big enough.

Well, tonight, I opened a Netflix envelope, hoping to finally watch the Animatrix while working on my costume. The disc is broken clean in half. Woo. Since this is the Internet, I felt compelled to register my displeasure for the world.
