The townhome is in a building right next to the entrance, so there will be plenty of on-street parking. (The parking situation is otherwise rather nasty. Reserved spaces and all.)

I've actually been there a number of times. It's a really nice place and I have been thinking about getting something similar as a first house purchase as well.
