I'm jealous! You always talk about April with such a mixture of loathing, trepidation, and excitement. Where's the love for me? Just because I come afterward doesn't mean I should be treated as anti-climactic. That's it. This year, the gloves are coming off. You *will* notice me! You *will* remember me! As an opening salvo, enjoy your last-minute business trip to Washington, DC next week. While there, have fun meeting up with your friend Cheree and her (by then) new husband.

Yes and no. I have an early meeting with my boss on Monday so he can tell me what to do and expect at this thing I'm going to. Kind of annoying that it has to be so last minute, but my boss has been on vacation for the past two weeks, and is just getting back on Monday.
